In this lesson, one of a multi-part unit from Illuminations, students use an interactive graph to explore the relationship between change and accumulation. In this activity, the cost per minute for phone use changes after the first sixty minutes of calls. Students analyze how changing the cost per minute shown in the first graph affects the total cost shown in the second graph.
