Family literacy program directors, staff, and experienced volunteers are in the unique position of ensuring that all parents have access to the opportunities and benefits computer technology brings. In this first of two online courses, practitioners learn how to incorporate basic computer applications for parents during the Parenting and Adult Education components of family literacy.
