Description
This Science NetLinks lesson, the first of a three part series on nutrition, focuses on what nutrients are needed to do particular tasks for the body. More specifically, where the nutrients come from, their different forms, and then their importance for particular tasks in the body. Some of the lesson focuses on the overall digestive system in order to address the fact that undigested food is eliminated.
