Description

In this National Geographic News article, read about the experiment to test the hypothesis that certain frogs could secrete a protective anti-insect chemical from their skin. This chemical was put on the tails of some mice in cages with mosquitoes, and the mice with the frog-skin formula received only a few mosquito bites.
