Description

This study compared urban and rural areas in their use of EVPs for mental health and substance abuse prevention. Findings suggest rural substance abuse agencies were less likely to utilize EBPs than urban agencies. Urban areas reported more collaboration with Universities for training, although both groups cited barriers including shortage of adequately trained staff and lack financial support.
