Contributed By
Description
The Orange County Teacher Pathway Partnership presentation is
designed to give the historical background of how to move community
college faculty and administration, in partnership with Regional
Occupational Programs and high school Career Technical Education
programs to an atmosphere of willingness and collaboration in
articulating high school courses for college credit. The
presentation will also include 1) processes for granting credit, 2)
varying models of dual enrollment for high school and community
college students, and 3) examples of "stack-able certificates" and
other efficient "time to degree" strategies for students in teacher
pathway courses.
