In this session, CCPT Director Rebecca Lacocque with CLP Directors,
Kris Palmer and Naomi Castro, will share how the East Bay Career
Pathways Consortium has developed partnerships to support smooth
student transition through high school and into college. In
particular, they will highlight the collaboration forged between
K12 and community college administrators and faculty that have led
to: improved academic placement, dual enrollment agreements with
over 2,000 students dually enrolled and new governance/meeting
structures that will sustain partnership.
