This resource, from the Illuminations-reviewed History of Mathematics Archive, features biographical information about Swiss mathematician Johann (II) Bernoulli. Bernoulli worked mainly on heat and light, and had the remarkable distinction of winning the Prize of the Paris Academy on no less than four separate occasions.
