Description

This is part two of a two-part E-example from the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics that demonstrates the potential for high-quality experiences provided by computer "shape" environments for students as they learn concepts described in the Geometry Standard. In this part, students use an interactive applet to form given polygons using tangram pieces. E-examples are selected from the electronic version of the Principles and Standards for School Mathematics (PSSM).
