Description

In this lesson, from the New York Times Learning Network, students explore how photographs can be interpreted as conveying rich stories to the beholder. Students particularly focus on photographs from the "New York Times" to write first-person descriptive narratives and to assess how photographs in the newspaper offer expansions of the stories presented in the articles.
