Description

In this Access Excellence activity, students develop and test a unique, personally-relevant hypothesis about the consequences of exposure to UV radiation. They perform two investigations of the effects of UV radiation on baker's yeast. The class then discusses UV exposure and its effects on other organisms. Then groups of students devise their own experiments which they carry out and report on to the class.
