Description

This Access Excellence activity helps students to learn the difference between cell types, determine cell sizes, and to correctly use a microscope to so do. Students learn how to use a microscope; determine the size of objects; make a wet mount; stain cells; identify large cellular structures; and recognize differences between prokaryotic, eukaryotic, plant, and animal cells.
