Description
In this activity from the Math Forum, reviewed for grades Pre-K-2 by Illuminations, students work with a partner on an exploration of Pascal's triangle. Students study a group of numbered balloons, arranged in a triangle pattern. They study the numbers and look for the patterns in the arrangement. They describe the patterns using words and symbols, and then report their findings to the class. Read the full review on the Illuminations site, where you can access this resource directly.
