This lesson, which the students will complete over several days,
will help them in preparing to compete in the FHA-HERO Competitive
Recognition Event (CRE)  Job Application and Interview. 
This lesson could be used in any of the areas of Home Economics
Careers and Technology.  It also serves as a culminating
project in a course. 

The final product produced by students will be a Portfolio that
would be used in the event.  I have often referred to this as
a "Showcase of the Student's Best Work".  When that
terminology is used, students take this very seriously and do a
great job.  I have often had students contact me after
graduation saying that the portfolio "helped me get the
job".
