As business environments become more diverse in age, talent, and
ethnicity, conflict is inevitably prevalent in the workplace. 
Variances usually arise because of the lack of communication and
clarity on how to reach common work goals.  Most employees do
not know how to understand each other based on their individual
workplace behavior.

Students will research, develop, analyze, and discuss
possibilities to better understand why people respond the way they
do to varying workplace behavior stimuli.
