INTRODUCTION TO SOUND FOR FILM AND VIDEO

This lesson will teach the students the various audio elements
within film.  Students will watch videos, see examples of
Foley, and discuss the various categories of sound.  Using
either free web-based sound files, recording them live, or using
audio files from within a specific software program –
students will add audio files to a (silent) video clip to create a
finished edit with sound.
