Description

This resource, found on the National Park Service Web site, features information about the birds of the Florida Everglades. In the 1930's approximately 250,000 wading birds nested in the Florida Everglades. In the spring of 1990, scientists estimated as few as 2,200 wading birds nested in Everglades National Park.
