Description

The activities provided on this site provide an entry into trigonometry, either as an introductory lesson or to reinforce the ideas in later grades. The activities introduce the basics of right triangle trigonometry and the unit circle, based on a tool which can be downloaded and printed out or purchased. The tool consists of a 10 cm-radius circle with an integrated protractor and x- and y-axes.
