This site explores the process of making the messages of commerce, propaganda, and patriotism evident through a visual medium. This includes demonstrations of how a poster is printed using offset lithography, answers to questions about various postermaking methods and techniques and three activities that highlight how poster artists make important conceptual and design choices that directly affect their audience.
