Description
The WorldFish Center is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to improve productivity, management, and conservation of aquatic resources worldwide. The Web site provides information resources, training courses, and updates on the organization's ongoing projects. They also provide the FishBase, a useful resource for information about fish species of the world. The FishBase has cataloged 23,000 species under 80,000 common names with 16,000 pictures.
