Description

This resource, from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, provides links to the Employment Cost Trends data. The Employment Cost Trends program conducts two ongoing surveys, the Employment Cost Index (ECI) and Employer Costs for Employee Compensation (cost levels). The ECI measures the change over time in the cost of labor. The cost of labor includes wages and salaries and employer costs for employee benefits. The Bureau of Labor Statistics is the principal fact-finding agency for the Federal Government in the broad field of labor economics and statistics. Less
