In this Illuminations lesson, students discover the algorithm for solving linear programming problems. They gain conceptual understanding by solving a real-world problem and using graphing calculator applications. Note that the lesson uses Texas Instrument graphing calculators, but can be adapted to use a different type of calculator or a spreadsheet program.
