The Open Video Project is a shared repository of digitized video content for the digital video, multimedia retrieval, digital library, and other research communities. The collections can be searched by keyword or term; or browsed by genre (documentaries, historical, lectures, and others), duration, color or black and white, sound or silent, or by specific collection. Videos are available in a choice of formats (MPEG-1, MPEG-2, MPEG-4) and may be downloaded or played directly from the website.
