Description
This activity is designed to supplement a study of archaeology. Student create simple sifting screens using a cardboard box and wire mesh screen. Then, working under adult supervision, they try their hand at sifting to collect data and artifacts. The activity includes a list of Do's and Don'ts that covers safety and property issues.
