In this lesson, one of a multi-part unit from Illuminations, students use a geoboard, geoboard applet, or Geometer's Sketchpad¨ to discover the pattern of Pick's Theorem. This is the first lesson in the series, and it serves as an introduction to Pick's Theorem for students who have never encountered the theorem, as well as a refresher to those who may have forgotten the results.
