A nine-week curriculum with individualized, hands-on activities that focus on behavioral strategies to help students understand the importance of changing their food behaviors. An online analysis tool allows students to enter and analyze their daily dietary intake. The analysis tool enables students to identify problem areas related to foods and nutrients and provides students with goals for areas in which they sense a need
for improvement.

What’s inside: A teacher resource guide and student workbook. Online resources are also available and include an eating analysis, games, recipes, and exercise tips.

Activity highlight: In “EatFit at Fast Food,” students learn how to choose menu items at restaurants and meet their personal nutritional goals.
