Description
The objective of this study was to analyze the motions involved with the NordicTrack and cross-country skiing and look for similarities and/or differences. This project took a biomechanical perspective, using video analysis to examine trunk angle, trunk angular velocity, knee angle, hip angle, coordination of the knee and hip angles, and position and velocity of the ankle joint in both the NordicTrack and cross-country skiing.
