Description
This site provides information on the "Strategic Alliance to Advance Technological Education through Enhanced Mathematics, Science, Technology, and English Education at the Secondary Level", a partnership of the Rockford Valley Public Schools, Rock Valley College, and Northern Illinois University that sought to motivate and prepare high school students for technical careers in mathematics, science, technology, and English. Site materials include an unabridged version of the Strategic Alliances text, containing all research, evaluation, models, strategies, program content, external evaluator's perspective, and other information. The Supplements section includes curriculum modules for middle and high school students, a list of business participants, and a photo gallery of participants and activities. The Phys-Ma-Tech section includes integrated physics, mathematics, and technology curriculum modules, as well as a complete report on strategies, models, and research.
