Description
The National Teachers Enhancement Network (NTEN) provides teaching resources and online professional development materials for K-12 science teachers. Educators can access lesson plans, activities, interactive resources, and other items, participate in online discussion forums on science education issues, and take advantage of professional networking opportunities. There are also web-based, graduate-level distance learning courses, taught by university scientists, engineers, mathematicians, and science educators, that may be used for professional development or as part of a degree program for a Master of Science in science education.
