This protest and comments on the Final Environmental Impact Statement and Proposed Plan Amendment for the Powder River Basin Oil and Gas Project (FEIS) presents the idea that the BLM failed to reveal the full extent of impacts to the people, land, water and air resources in the Powder River Basin. This PRBRC document includes detailed descriptions of the 14 points that are being protested.
