This site provides links to information on the history of cartography and to web sites for old and collectible maps. Materials include annotated links to image sites; map collecting information and map interest societies; and articles and commentary on the history of cartography. There are also links to journals, library map collections and archives, and to researchers' web sites. The teachers' page provides links to web resources relating to early maps for teachers and parents and links to university-level courses in the history of cartography.
