Overview
Jump Rope has been around for ages, and so has this team
building variation. In
Group Jump Rope, group members try to get through a series
of jump rope challenges while having a great time. This activity
reinforces the old adage "motion creates emotion" as your group
moves, jumps, and enjoys the fun.
In the following module you will learn how to properly set-up
and facilitate the activity and then if you wish, move students
through an academic and/or social skills development reflection
experience.
*This activity has been adapted from the
Team Building & Group Development
CD-ROM of
The Inspire! Youth Series
