Instructions
This activity is a very simple team building exercise that is
great to use anytime. Here are the guidelines:
1.
Explain to the group that their task is to see how many
times they can hit the ball in the air before it hits the ground.
2.
When the ball hits the ground, the hit counter returns to
zero and the group must restart.
Round 1: Explain that in this round no one may hit
the ball twice in succession.
Round 2: For a more advanced round, tell the group
that each person must hit the ball once before anyone may hit it a
second time.
Continue with simple variations like each hit must rotate girl
to guy and so on. The idea is to give the group a chance to work
together, practice and improve.
Facilitator's Note: As you move along, try asking
your group to set a goal, or set one for them as a challenge.
