Spider's Web is surely one of the most senior and beloved activities in the teambuilding collection because of its versatility and effect on the participants. A team is challenged to get everyone through a series of openings in a giant masking-tape spider-web of without touching the tape in the process. Trust, teamwork and commitment are all necessary components for success, and excellent topics for follow-up reflection.
