Perfect Square is an excellent "light" team building activity that is highly energized and very fun for any age group. Your group must work to form a perfect square around you (or a volunteer), and remain in that position no matter where you move.

This activity is great when you need something to get the energy up and the blood pumping, and addresses teamwork, and group coordination.

In the following module you will learn how to properly set-up and facilitate the activity and then if you wish, move students through an academic and/or social skills development reflection experience.
