Group Jump Rope is a team building activity designed around one of the oldest playground games in history. It combines energy and movement with communication and trust and gets everyone involved.

In the following module you will learn how to properly set-up and facilitate the activity and then if you wish, move students through an academic and/or social skills development reflection experience.
